Compositional Trick #2 Leading Lines

Leading lines take the viewer to your emphasis, into the picture, and/or through it. Because your eyes follow the lines to the emphasis of your photo, they make it stand out more. I would use leading lines to make my picture more interesting and to lead viewers into my emphasis, through the photograph and out of it.
